1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation.
By submitting your order in the online shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by order confirmation via email or by shipping the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

• other payment methods displayed during the ordering process
Payment is made directly during the ordering process.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.
Should a product not be available, we will inform the customer immediately.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Liability
The provider is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, the provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the sample withdrawal form provided below for this purpose.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Shipping Conditions
Delivery is made within Germany and, if applicable, to other countries specified in the shop.
Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
Unless otherwise specified, the delivery time is approx. 3-7 working days within Germany.
Longer delivery times may occur for international deliveries.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Limited Editions and Collectible Products
A. Limited Editions
Certain products in the online shop are offered as limited editions or collectible products.
These products are produced or offered only in limited quantities. After they are sold out, there is generally no re-production.
The limitation is indicated in the respective product description.
B. Serial Numbers and Individual Markings
Some limited products may be provided with individual serial numbers or special markings.
These serve exclusively for identification within the respective edition and do not constitute an additional functional or quality component.
Deviations in number sequences or the assignment of specific serial numbers do not give rise to a claim to a particular item.
C. Packaging and Collector's Condition
For collectible products, the original packaging may be part of the collector's value.
Slight transport-related signs of use on the packaging (e.g., minimal pressure marks or scratches) do not constitute a defect, provided that the product itself is undamaged.
D. Returns of Opened Seals
For products with an original seal or protective packaging, which is attached for reasons of collector's value or product hygiene, the right of withdrawal may be restricted if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to:
• sealed collectible products
• limited editions with protective packaging
• products whose collector's value is impaired by opening or use
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this.
E. Deviations in Handcrafted or Design-Oriented Products
For handcrafted or design-oriented products, slight deviations in color, texture, or surface finish may occur.
Such deviations are due to production and do not constitute a defect.
F. Resale
The purchase of a product is exclusively for private use.
Commercial resale on a larger scale or automated orders (e.g., by bots) may be cancelled by us.
