Sonnenufer Müller-Thurgau, from Hagnauer from Lake Constance (D). Special WHYNOT MAGNUMMAN Edition Magnum bottle (1.5l), 2023.
The Sonnenufer is already a true flagship among white wines from Lake Constance. But the 2023 edition takes it to a new level: noticeably even softer, smoother, almost elegantly flowing. One of those vintages you don't look for – but find. And like all Sonnenufer vintages, it remains amazingly digestible.

Wageck White Wine Cuvée from the German Pfalz area. Special Edition WHYNOT.limited, Quarter Bottle (0.25l), 2025 vintage.
Unassuming in appearance, surprisingly strong in taste. A cuvée that doesn't push itself to the forefront – but remains exactly where it counts: in the gourmet's memory. Clearly better than much of what you find in this category.

Concentrate of highly dosed caffeine and selected superfoods such as Moringa, Schisandra, Ginseng, Damiana, and Matcha. To mix with drinks in a 1:3 ratio.
With tonic and ice, it creates an extraordinary, alcohol-free herbal drink: invigorating, complex, and with a pleasantly long-lasting effect. A bit like an energy drink – only felt smarter, calmer, longer lasting, and with a positive superfood feeling.

An excellent classic among tonics. Pleasantly mild-bitter in taste, with subtle floral, herbal, and fruit notes. Made in the cool big city of Berlin, Thomas Henry Tonics are among the best and certainly the tastiest tonics on this planet.
